I am a songwriter and composer from Palestine, born in the diaspora and lived in several Arab capitals and returned to Palestine. I rely on the guitar in my musical life, because the piano is heavy and difficult to carry.
What pushed me to work in the beginning was what I thought was a lack of modern Palestinian songs. All I had to do was open the window and listen to what happens on the street.
