TANZ AKADEMIE
Tanz Akademie is a 6-piece alternative / indie and post-punk band from Piedmont, Italy. “Hullabaloo” is the name of their debut album which came out April 26th 2024. Recorded in just one week, it is the result of years of growth, stumbles and friendship: chaotic, fierce yet
delicate, the essence of “Hullabaloo” lies in its very name.
The group delivers a powerful and eclectic mix of post-punk \ indie rock with jazz, goth and alternative pop influences, featuring march-like brass instruments and, at times, spoken-word vocals. In their live performances, they sound like a marching band throwing a coming of age party, at a funeral.
CESAR QUINN
Cesar Quinn is the band around multi-instrumentalist and producer Frederik Daelemans
(Meskerem Mees, Sam De Nef, Tamino), Neil Claes (Ohne Francis, Lézard), Jacob Hus (2
Times Nothing, J3M3I) and Thibault Goudket (Jakomo, Jennifur).
Their debut album Opal came out in 2021 and fuses ethereal alternative and modern jazz
into an absorbing swirl of spherical music with flashes of psychedelic post-punk.
They are now working on a new album that draws inspiration from post punk, space jazz, trip
hop and ambient.
