In these 2 days we will cover the full set of Manipulations 1-7, a key component of Body Weather practice. A series of precise forms that foster alignment and extend the body’s internal and external parameters through a focus on breath and weight. Participants will be taken through each of the manipulations in great detail with the aim to attain an initial competency.
